Mum was sadly and unfortunately diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer is October 2012, although she had chemotherapy the cancer was caught too late for the doctors to do much.  She believed that it was important that people find out before it is too late and wanted to ensure that all donations were made towards vital research into Pancreatic Cancer.
