On 29th of September my precious girl Em and I will be taking part in the 2012 Alzheimer's association memory walk in memory of my mum (Em's Gran) who we sadly lost to this illness.

It is a cause close to our hearts and we would love to raise as much money as possible for this fantastic organistion who offer help and support to families having to deal with this awful illness
