People with a learning disability are among the most excluded in today’s society. Mencap’s vision is a world where they are valued equally, listened to and included.

On 13 September I'll be taking part in the Tough Mudder event to raise money for Mencap. Set in the beautiful surrounds of Cholmondeley estate, I'll be pushing myself to the limit over 10-12 miles obstacle course of harsh terrain.
