Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In taking on the challenge of walking the Hebridean Way, We’re hoping to support this wonderful orgnaisation that Marie has volunteered for, for over 20 years.

St Oswald's provides essential and patient centric care to adults and children with life limiting conditions. The support they give goes beyond the patient and provides ongoing care to families for as long as it's needed.

The Outer Hebrides are some of the wildest and most beautiful islands in Scotland. The Hebridean chain runs off the north-west of Scotland. The route starts in Vatersay in the south and ends in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, in the North. Between those two points lies a challenging walk, covering some 156 miles of some of remotest and rugged landscape the UK has to offer.

We hope to update you on our Hebridean journey which starts on Sunday 27th June and concludes (hopefully sucessfully) on Friday 9th July. We are looking forward to the adventure and hopfully we can raise some much needed funds for St Oswald's.
