On the 25th March 2022  I will be competing in the Marathon des Sables in the Sahara desert. Its been dubbed the Toughest Footrace on Earth. Over six days I will be running over 250kms (156 miles) across endless sand dunes, rocky jebels & white hot salt plains. I will be totally self sufficient & carrying everything I need to survive on my back. Mentally & physically my toughest challenge yet..
