Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year my son will be thirty , not only will this mark his birthday, but also thirty years of support, friendship and acceptance all of my family have recieved from the DSGN . This comes in the form of family activities that you can dip in and out of, specialist events such as making a will, makaton workshops, sibling support and day trips out which are made easier by having people in a similar position alongside and supporting you when things get diffficult. Believe me we've had nearly thirty years on this journey and we've faced some difficult times, always with support from the group. That said, I'd like to put something back into DSGN. 

A personal challenge for me is to abseil, something I never thought I would do, most unlikely to ever do again, so hey ho, give it a go. Three guesses where I'll be on Saturday 6th April!!!

I've paid to do the abseil myself as it is my challenge to me so any monies donated will go directly to DSGN. 

This will help towards the funding of  activities they provide for old and new members and their families to enjoy the good times but also get them through the rough times, without their support Chris wouldn't be the lovable rogue he is today with a family around him that love him to the moon and back!If possible and you can donate, please do, I would love to raise  £500 for a charity that is so close to my heart ❤️
