Hi everyone,

I am going to take part in The Race for Life 10k at Southsea on 24th July 2011..This year I have decided to try and raise funds for The Rosemary Foundation who provide pallitive care at home, they are based in Petersfield. I wasn't aware of this organisation until mum was poorly and the help and support they provided was invaluable and I will always be greatful to them..From day to day help enabling mum to stay with us at home to the counselling support later on. Every pound I try and raise doesn't seem enough but it feels good to try and give something back to ensure other people can also have help when they need it..If you dont feel that you are able to donate just think of me on the day, once again attempting to be athletic!!

For those of you that knew mum well you would never hear her complain or moan about the way she was feeling, she was the bravest person I have ever met and always liked a laugh and a joke and this is what will get me going on the day..Thankyou for taking time to read my page,wishing you well..
