I've decided to take on 90,000 steps in one week this January in support of Alzheimer Scotland.

As most of my friends and family know, my dad suffered from this terrible illness and it was heartbreaking to see his health decline so badly. He was such a proud man who always looked very smart, clean shaven, meticulously clean and really looked after his health. He always had a story to tell and absolutely LOVED his family.

Alzheimer's strips people of their dignity! We need to find a cure to stop this horrible disease touching other families.

Please donate as much or as little as you can to try to end this awful disease. Any kind donations will make a huge impact to the work and support that Alzheimer Scotland provide to those living with dementia in Scotland as well as their loved ones and carers.
