Story

This scholarship was established in honor of the late Marilyn Yarbrough, a distinguished legal scholar, and university administrator. Marilyn dedicated her career to teaching and writing about racial and gender discrimination, championing those who were historically disenfranchised, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

The purpose of this fund is to support women, BIPOC, first-generation, and other historically marginalized groups pursuing studies in STEM, empowering them to achieve their true potential, honoring her legacy of championing equity and social justice.
