Marina's Cycle Challenge · 17 August 2006

The threats to our countryside are clear, from inappropriate planning developments to threatened nature protections; CPRE campaigns to ensure that the countryside is at the heart of the government’s priorities. We work to promote, enhance and protect the countryside for the benefit of everybody.

Story

I havenow finished cycling my 500 miles for CPRE.  I enjoyed every minute of it and saw lots of wonderful countryside along the way. I would like to thank everyone for their help and support in organising this event which has been a great sucsess.

My cycle challenge took me through the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire to raise money for the CPRE's campaigns on the East of England and South East regional plans.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Campaign to Protect Rural England will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

I have now reached my target but if you would still like to sponsor me please do!

Many thanks for your support.
