On the 19th April 2020 Vicki and Mario will be running Brighton

Once again we will be raising money for Niamh’s Next Step

Yes it’s true this is my 4th marathon....however !

 I never settle for just being happy running a marathon every single time I have improved my time ....I put in a minimum of six months training running at least 3 times per week come rain, shine or snow

This year I am running with my friend and client Mario who is doing his first marathon...I am supporting and mentoring Mario through the months of training.... he puts 110% into his training and I have no doubt he will give it all he has
