Thanks to your generousity we have been able to raise our target.

Acorns Children's Hospice provide care and support for children and young people who have life limiting or life threatening conditions across the heart of England.

They provide short break, emergency and end-of-life care to support families.  Nearly 600 children and 800 families, including those who are bereaved are currently being supported. 

Acorns has three 10-bed children's hospices in Selly Oak, Walsall and Worcester.  Each costs £4,500 per day to run.  They rely on the community to fund the majority.  There is no charge to families for using the services provided.

We both know families who have received very much needed support from Acorns and can't think of a better reason to walk or hobble through the night!

Just £30 could pay for a multi-sensory therapy session - so please, please, please help us to help them.
