As of 1st of April I’m doing 30 mins of exercise for 30 days followed by a 5 k run, I’d like to raise money for this lovely charity that helps young people aged 11-25 in the Fareham and Gosport area. Coming out of this long and difficult lock down our children more than ever need extra help and support , and this lovely charity does that. So please help me to help them , thank you 😊
