The Real High Street Sleep Out, Redcar · 23 January 2016 to 24 January 2016 ·

Coatham House is a small charity that is based in Redcar & Cleveland. We provide temporary housing and support services to young homeless people, assisting them to gain the skills they need to move forward and live independently. Our mission statement is to accommodate, support and reintegrate homeless young people into society and to raise awareness of their plight.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Redcar and Cleveland Council Housing and Homelessness team work really hard to ensure that people having to sleep rough have "no second night out".  Coatham House are one of the local organisations we work with, particularly to support young people in difficulty.

I have always felt deeply inadequate in response to seeing homeless people on the streets and the Real High Street Sleep Out is my first tentative step into doing more to support people in horrible circumstances who could very easily be you or me.

I'd be very grateful for any donation you feel you want to give to help this great local charity.

Many thanks

Mark
