Donating my hair to the little princess trust · 28 April 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

I decided during lockdown in 2020 to grow my hair long enough to donate to this great charity. I had a head start with longer hair normally.

The little princess trust will use my hair into a real hair wig for a child who has unfortunately lost theirs through cancer treatment or other conditions.

Please help in any amount or way you can. I initially set the target at £500 as an indication of the cost of each wig to the charity to make, which the charity then give to the child for free. Now that is passed let's see how far we can get it! 😁👍

Huge thank you to The Shed Barbers in Beaconsfield, for doing the hair cut for LPT and fixing up what remained into a very respectable hair cut.
