This is a very important cause to me personally and now I'm back to running, this is the perfect way for me to make a contribution.

1. Bowel cancer is not something that only old people get. In fact, while diagnosis and treatment is getting better overall, incidence among young people is actually rising and young people are often diagnosed late:
