This is my 4th London Marathon and fund raising challenge and this year is a chance to support the incredible work of Little Havens Childrens Hospice in Essex.

My sister-in-law Karen works at the Hospice and so I know how valuable your support will be in allowing them to continue caring for local children and their families.
