On the 10th of September, I will be participating in the Commando Shuffle.  The Commando Shuffle is a 30-mile yomp across Dartmoor carrying a bergen weighing 35lb (plus food and water). It aims to replicate the final Commando test and follows the same route. It is going to be hard, it is going to be painful but I'm doing it to support an extremely worthwhile cause.

I'm a Royal Marines Cadet instructor and I strongly support the work done by the Royal Marines Charity. They help members of the entire Corps family by offering a range of services and support to serving Marines, veterans, and their families.
