I have seen first hand how awful the impact of Alzheimer’s can be. My mother passed away in June from a terrible combination of Alzheimer’s disease and pulmonary fibrosis. While I couldn’t do anything to spare my mother’s suffering, I am determined to do whatever I can to support Alzheimer’s Research UK’s vital work to help prevent others from having to go through the same pain. So, I am running much further than I have ever run before hoping to raise some much needed funds. Any donations would be fantastic, but any words of support or encouragement to help me up all the hills would also be most welcome!
