The new cancer treatment centre has been designed to improve patient experience. It will offer a holistic approach to cancer care byco-location of treatments and support in a safe and human environment. Chemotherapy treatment is already given in Basingstoke and Winchester, but patients have to travel to Southampton or Guildford for radiotherapy. This can mean a journey everyday for up to six weeks when patients are feeling unwell and vulnerable.

I will be Cycling from Basingstoke, England to Cologne, Germany covering 453 miles over 5 days through 5 countries.
