Dementia is now one of the biggest killers, and it’s a cruel disease that is unsupported by Government in terms of care when it’s needed unlike every other illness.

Sadly someone close to me suffers, as does their partner and family as a consequence.

Every two years at Arcadis all of our people vote for a partner charity and this year we selected Alzheimer’s Society. We want to make a difference, we are funding research into trying to identify the early signs of Alzheimer’s in young people.  

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day they find a cure, they are working to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

I have never asked for help in raising money before, only contributed to others, please support me on this occasion, it’s something I’m passionate about!
