Everyday people go through challenges far greater and tougher than I could ever imagine. Hospiscare and all the other fantastic hospice’s help make that challenge as bearable as possible for all those affected. 

To help them continue to provide such a vital and valuable service I am taking part in the Wild Tri Extreme. An off-road challenge comprising of a 32km mountain bike ride, 13km cross country run and a scramble up a gorge in the middle of Dartmoor. It will without doubt be the hardest physical challenge I have done but nothing compared to those helped by Hospiscare and other charities.
