Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page. I
am a swimmer from Glasgow and I have represented both Scotland and GB internationally. This July I am taking on the longest and hardest marathon swim of my career - The 20 Bridges Swim Manhattan.
I will be swimming around the entire island of Manhattan (48k/29.8miles in total) and in doing so I would like to raise money for The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.
I am proud to have been working with and raising money for
The Beatson since 2016 and 100% of your donations here will go forward to them and the incredible work they do. All of us have been in some way affected by cancer and The Beatson provide service and care to 60% of Scotland’s population.
Please donate what you can and help me reach my target of raising £2,000 for The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.
THE SWIM
Starting and finishing from Battery Park swimming anti-clockwise around Manhattan (and under it's 20 bridges!). I'll be racing on Sunday 23rd July.

THE BEATSON
‘The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre (BWoSCC) was officially opened in February 2008. The Beatson provides all the radiotherapy, and much of the chemotherapy, for patients with cancer in Scotland’s west. We offer our service and care to 60% of Scotland’s population – 2.8 million people.’
