Ok you guys. 

I'm a bit of an idiot, granted. I'm silly and I'm juvenile and I like to have a good time. 

I am not without my demons. I have suffered hard with depression, nearly at the cost of my family who I have fought hard to hold on to. 

I couldn't have done it without the help of this charity this year. They, quite ashamedly but also equally with pride and gratitude, saved my life - along with the help of some very special friends of mine.

I need to do something to repay the favour, and also let people know that these guys are here, and if you're ever hurting or need any support when it comes to depression, anxiety or mental well being - these guys are not to be overlooked. 

They are impartial, polite, caring and beyond what I expected to receive when I needed them. This is my way of giving back. 

If you know anyone who has suffered with depression you'll know that on the surface it may seem like a trivial thing, but if you really get to know them it goes way down below. It's a scary thing to have to deal with. 

SO AS LAST YEAR - HERES THE DEAL: 

Donate at least a fiver, and let's request some songs. Leave a note with the donation on here and I'll play your desired song on the uke, and then post it on Facebook for you all to see! 

Last year was GENUINELY incredible, and this year I want to kick last years arse! Let's bloody have it! 

The songs will start on December 1st. I'll be waiting, and will be thankful for what you can raise for such a beautiful cause.
