I have raised money for the CF trust ever since my sisters daughter Rose was born with Cystic Fibrosis,she is 16 years old now a beautiful intelligent girl living life as normally as possible despite her illness,I have never heard her once complain about it she just gets on with life.

What can I do ? well raise money for the CF trust which is a fantastic charity supporting research and families affected by CF, I am not built for running and many years of rugby and serving as  a military doctor has left me with a degenerate back and dodgy knees so completing the runs will be a big deal to me.

My plan is to complete the 3 biggest mass participation running events in the UK in 2016,The London Marathon,The Great Manchester Run and the Great North Run.I raised more than 3000 pounds online for the Marathon and by the end of the 3 runs I hope to have reached 4000.
