The last time I blew my way around 10k was on a particularly heavy weekend in Amsterdam. This Sunday I am honoured to be raising money for Myton Hospice. Now this won't be the first time I've squeezed myself into Lycra and sweated around Leamington for a couple of hours, but with your help we can write a happier ending to that chapter.
