Story

I'm on the beg again.  This time though it's a proper run. 13 point something miles. Followed by a 10k the next weekend. And it's for a local charity that help people who are struggling. So I run. You donate. You feel better. I feel knackered. And together we help people who would help us if we were in trouble.

About the charity

Through our "hand-up, not just a hand-out" approach, we provide supportive local services and opportunities, empowering those experiencing homelessness, vulnerability in housing, domestic abuse, addiction, isolation, mental health challenges, and poverty, towards more promising futures
