Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

This August I’ll be cycling unsupported for approximately 300km (180 miles) over 3 days starting from London and ending in Paris. 

I say approximately, because getting lost and doing a few extra miles is almost a given and this sort of thing usually comes with an unexpected challenge or two.

The photo (above) is to remind me what happened last time I cycled in France, when a series of punctures in the last 50km of an otherwise uneventful week almost caused me to miss my ferry home.

Right now these are just innocent sounding numbers. But on the 10th of August they start converting into aches and pains at around 15km per hour of pedalling.

In addition to fulfilling my sense of adventure I thought it would be great to raise some money for my favourite charity Cancer Research. 

So please give what you can.
