With Beaumont being my local hospital and being hit hard by the Covid19 Pandemic, I want to show my support & appreciation for our frontline workers and all the Doctors and Nurses who risk their lives to save others! Last year, I had 2 grandparents who passed away and their final days were spent in Beaumont where the staff were absolutely incredible! I am hoping to raise enough money that will all go directly to staff that can be spent on accommodation, food, and other perks which is something small but will go a long way. I'd also like to dedicate the run to a good friend Dr. Darren Cowzer who's an inspiration to us all! 

Our healthcare professionals are working on the frontline risking their lives to care for patients with Covid-19.From the safety of our own homes, you and I can take the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our loved ones. But for the men and women, the doctors, nurses and other personnel who are looking after the health and lives of the sickest among us, their personal health and safety is constantly at risk.So much may be needed in the coming weeks to provide support to weary staff and to provide some essential comforts for those battling daily to save the lives of patients infected by Covid-19.
