Cardiomyopathy UK is a charity close to my heart and the work they do really makes a difference, the condition often runs in families and is often called an inherited disease, there is no cure for this condition hence why the work that Cardiomyopathy UK does each day is vitally important to those suffering directly and their families & friends.
