We are a group of people who get together every Tuesday and Thursday for an aqua train session at the Leisure Centre in Bury St Edmunds. Most of us, if not all, know someone who has been affected by cancer, so we have decided to set ourselves a little challenge to raise money for the stand up to cancer sink or swim charity.

Our challenge is to swim the length of the channel (21 miles) within 8 hours. There are 2 teams of 6 each doing the 21 miles simultaneously and we hope our contribution will help in some way to raise awareness for Cancer research
