In memory (or should that be mammaries Jeff), of a dear friend I am paddling, bike pushing and my version of jogging in the Bodiam Castle Triathlon. For those that didn't know him, Jeff was a gentle giant of a man, with a love for rugby, beer, his friends and, of course, his family. He died last year from a dreadful brain tumour, so I am attempting to raise money for one of his favoured charities: Save the Children.

Jeff lived in Bodiam overlooking the castle most of his life so I hope I'll give him a good laugh - ever seen me in a wet suit!
