Started running about 12 Months ago. Shocked myself that I could run a mile then got addicted. Great support from my local running club and many great events. Really sick over Christmas and my fitness is way back but if I can possibly do it I will run the 10K in London. I managed to sponsor a place for Lou so she will be running too keeping me on my toes.

The cause is so important and really in our mind due to some fantastic people we know who are fighting, A lot of you will know them too.
