Hi my name is mark johnson i am 39 years old. I recently lost my grandad through many illnesses one of them being Dementia.i was close to my grandad but never really told him how i felt and in the last few days of his life i wasnt able to be there for him.So in honour of my grandad i am walking 500 miles in 31 days or less to help raise money for dementiauk.A wonderful team of people who needs our help to raise money for all the work and care they provide to thousands of men and women suffering from this terrible disease.
