I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in 2019 and this charity helps me with emotional support and medical advice.
Many others suffer far more than me and we need to find a cure ASAP
Despite my lungs being affected by this disease, I have been able to exercise and frankly if I don't, my body will become worse and attack is the best defence!
Over the course of 2021 I will attempt running and cycling events to improve my fitness which hopefully will get me ready for the Manchester Marathon.
