Thames Kayak Challenge - 151miles in 4 days · 27 May 2016

Our charity provides funding for physiotherapy, hydrotherapy or piece of equipment for children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome as a result of a brain tumour. We also fund brain tumour research as without research there will be no cure for this devastating disease.

Story

Hi people - thanks for looking at our page...myself and my brother Neil along with 14 pals are taking part in a 4 day challenge from  27th May-30th May to kayak 151 miles along the Thames.

None of us have any kayaking experience but apparently its just like riding a bike...only harder... and wetter!! We will be camping overnight on the riverbanks and kayaking around 12 hours a day to complete the challenge.

We have 4 tough months of training ahead of us to try and get LESS unfit so we can do this challenge to help raise money for the brilliant Danny Green fund...

The Danny Green fund for works hard to raise money to assist children all over the country suffering the after effects of brain surgery allowing them to have physiotherapy, hydrotherapy etc aswell as providing care for children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome (PFS)

Any donation ..however small would be greatly appreciated
