We Create opportunities for people with LD to live the lives they choose

Story

Please help me raise funds to support Chepstow Mencap and make a real difference. They are a wonderful energetic group of people who want to help each other to live their lives to the full.

Everything they do is about valuing and supporting people with a learning disability, and their families and carers.

I will be hiking and camping along the 220 miles of inland waterways from Coventry to Bristol. Starting on the Oxford Canal, moving onto the River Thames, and finally the Kennet and Avon Canal. I hope to average around 15 miles a day depending on weather conditions (it may be hot!) and hope to complete the journey in around 15 to 17 days.

I will pay all my travel, food ans camping expenses so all the money raised will go to Chepstow Mencap.

If you prefer not to donate online please contact me (or Chepstow Mencap) and add your pledge to a sponsorship form.

Alternatively you can donate by text... Text "MARK18 £5" to 70070 to donate to Chepstow Mencap (the amount can be amended when you donate).

Thanks!
