My 40th Birthday is fast approaching & to mark the occasion I will be cycling 100 miles. I have chosen Muscular Dystrophy Campaign as my charity.  This charity is close to my heart as I actually suffer from a form of Muscular Dystrophy & your donations will aid in the research of this muscle wasting condition.
