Training is getting hard. But fun. Well as fun as running every waking hour can be. Please help by making a donation no matter how small! It all counts! Thank you

TRACK MARATHON 09/10/10 In aid of Mark Lynock’s 10in10 attempt May 2011. Can you help me raise much needed funds for the BRATHAY TRUST? On Saturday the 09th October 2010 starting at 9am I will be running 105 laps (26.2miles) of Rowheath track. And will be looking for 105 people to join me. Each person will be asked to pay £1 and in return they get to run a lap of the track with me. Or for £5 they can run unlimited laps All the money raised will be going forward to the Brathay 10 marathons in 10 days fund. For more information on my challenge you can visit

After suffering from An injury and syactic nerve problems I am back running and have defered to 2011 for my 10in10 challenge. So please give generously.

Hi Mark here,

Next May i will be running 10 marathons in 10 days, in aid of the Brathay trust. Brathay's purpose is to enable children and young people to make positive choices by taking personal responsibility for improving their well-being”I am looking to raise over £2000 for the trust and would be grateful of your help. So please dig deep if you think i can do this, and if you don't then donate anyway,

Regards

MARK  (T.I.T'er in training)
