The Monster Triathon is the longest triathon in the UK. Raced over 7 days along the length of Britain.

Day 1 starts with a 5km (3 mile) swim in Loch Ness, then a 30mile ride to Inverness

Then it's 5 more days riding from Inverness to Windsor. The shortest day of being 175km (108 miles) the longest is 200km (120miles). 

The final day is a 50km (30mile) run along the Thames from Windsor to Twickenham for a well earned rest.
