Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Motor Neurone Disease is a terminal muscle wasting disease that gives you a life expectancy of 2-5 years. It effects every major muscle in your body leaving you unable to walk, talk and eventually unable to breath! MND has no cause, no cure and can affect any adult at any age! On average it kills 5 people a day in the UK alone and thousands worldwide, please help in our bid to find a cure for this horrific disease!

This will be my third marathon since I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2010. I can no longer lift my arms and my legs are getting weaker day by day but I'm determined to finish this race to help get MND noticed. I will be the first person ever to attempt the London Marathon twice with MND. that's got to be worth a pound!!!

This is for every MND Warrior
