This year I am running the Manchester 10K on Sunday 21st May 2023 for the brilliant National Autistic Society. A charity very close to my heart. I was diagnosed with autism in 2019 and it was life changing and helped me in so many ways. Being autistic has had its difficulties but I am proud to be autistic and want to raise as much awareness as I can.
