This year I was meant to be taking part in another fabulous challenge of cycling from Pisa to Rome, a distance of over 270miles, however due to COVID-19 another challenge had to be found. Whilst training indoors on Zwift, I decided to try the VEverest challenge, which is riding my bike indoors on a turbo trainer and climbing the equivalent height of Mt Everest in one ride. 29028ft in about 13-14hrs.

My wonderful wife Tracey and I, and our family all live and work in the local community and see at first hand the fantastic reach the Foundation has and the continued excellent work all its volunteers does; it really does have an impact far and wide.
