RNLI volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour search and rescue service all around the UK and Ireland, while lifeguards keep a careful watch on the UK’s busiest beaches. RNLI lifesaving and drowning prevention depend on supporter fundraising and the generous donations that you and others give.

Story

On Sunday 7 July . (on my 13 Wedding anniversary)

I am taking part in the Nottingham Outlaw Triathlon. It is an endurance triathlon - 2.4m swim, 112 miles on the bike and then a full marathon run. Better known as the 'Ironman' distance.

Mid Life crisis?!! ........... well has been my ambition to complete an Ironman distance triathlon before I really get OLD, so when I heard about the Outlaw Triathlon I thought what better way of achieving my ambition whilst raising money for an extremely worthy cause, The RNLI

I have been training for a long cold 30 weeks

So dig deep and donate plz ;-)
