Hi, my name is Mark, unfit, overweight 43 year old reservist veteran  I spent 6 years with the Territorial Army reserves in 1993-96 and 2001-2004 .

I was lucky, I got to keep my health and the people around me  Many did not  

So on Saturday September 28th 2019 I'm taking part in Britain's Bravest Military Challenge to help support those who have already given so much.

 This amazing event will be a tough challenge and I would really appreciate your support, please give what you can to help our veterans and their families.
