I decided whilst watching a man run the marathon with a washing machine on his back last year that it if he could do it, I could too.

The training has been hard, especially the winter evening long runs home with London’s own micro climate which sometimes means whatever direction you run in , the wind is in your face! But training is now almost compete having run the furthest I’ve ever run last week, 32KM I really want race day to arrive.
