A few of us are running the Silverstone half marathon and are hoping to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.  Clearly, we have all had a very real reminder of how important this work is with what has happened to our friend and colleague, Paul Golding, over the last year.   As Paul continues his recovery, it seemed a good time to do another run - not to mention that I needed the exercise!

We appreciate that the London marathon sponsorship requests will be out in force shortly but any help you can give to this important cause will be greatly appreciated.
