As many of you well know I run everyday and at least once a day at that. However the London Marathon is a pretty big deal!

Recently my fiancees' Auntie Rio sadly lost her short battle with cancer. During her battle the staff at the Marie Curie hospice provided fantastic care and support to both Rio and her family. 

Marie Curie relies on donations to provide this excellent care and I feel that they are a very worthy charity.
