A group of us from HSBC are attempting to cycle the 170 mile Way of the Roses route over 2 days. It goes coast to coast from Morecambe in the West to Bridlington in the East. 

I am not an experienced cyclist, but this challenge was too much to resist. All the excuses I had are now gone (Blades not making it to the FA Cup Final, back problems under control), so now I HAVE to do it.

As well as this being a massive personal challenge, the added benefit is that we are raising loads of money for Endeavor, which is a really great charity supporting young people in doing stuff they would never get the opportunity to do otherwise.
