This year's P4P9 celebrates 100 years of the First World War by visiting the resting place's of 6 Huddersfield Town player's who died in the war.

I will be joining 175 cyclists who will cycle 282 miles from Lille in France, through Belgium and back to Huddersfield Town to raise money for the Keep It Up Campaign.

We will leave Lille at 11am on Wednesday 9th May 2018 for a 60 mile journey visiting the memorials of Edward John Didymus, Leigh Richmond Roose and Charles Edward Randall's along the way.

On Thursday 10 May we will travel 76 miles across France to Belgium. Along the way the resting places of Sidney James and Larrett Roebuck will be visited before everyone attends the Last Post at Menin Gate at 8pm that evening.

Day three we race to Zebrugge for the overnight ferry back to Hull, whilst visiting the final resting place of former Town player Ernest George Kenworthy, the ride will stretch 57 miles.

The leg back to PPG Canalside is the longest ride, spanning 87 miles from Hull via York back to Huddersfield before Finishing at PPG Canalside for a celebration of the ride.
